Vladimir Trajkovski, MD, PhD – EDITOR IN CHIEF

Prof. Dr. Vladimir Trajkovski is born in Skopje, Macedonia in 1968. He is Editor-in-chief of the Journal for ReAttach Therapists and Developmental Disabilities. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine in Skopje (1994), where he later obtained his M.Sc. (1999). He obtained PhD degrees in 2002 on the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje. He works as president of Macedonian Scientific Society for Autism since 2005. He introduced subject Autism in the postgraduate curricula at the Faculty of Philosophy. His research interest are genetic and physiological aspects of autism spectrum disorders, but he has also published in the fields of human genetics and medical aspects of disability. He was former editor of the Journal of Special Education and Rehabilitation in the period (2008-2017). He became head of educational-scientific board of postgraduate studies at Institute of Special Education and Rehabilitation from October 2009 until September 2013. He is an active member of the Autism Europe, member of the European Association of Service Providers for People with disabilities, member of the International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual Disabilities. He is a consulting editor for Journal of Policy and Practice in Intellectual Disabilities, associate editor for Bulgarian Journal of Communication Disorders. He is also member of Advisory Board of The Open Access Journal of Science and Technology and many other international journals. He takes a part in 15 international projects and attends on more than 80 conferences and seminars. He has more than 90 articles published in domestic and international journals and several handbooks and manuals.
Gjorgji Pop-Gjorgjiev – Web support specialist
Gjorgji Pop-Gjorgjiev was born in Berovo in 1984. Currently works in IT department of JSC “Macedonian Power Plants”. He was the web support specialist of the Journal of Special Education and Rehabilitation in the period 2014-2017. His working experience consist of system administrator at BrandName (Skopje, MK), Printex LTD (Skopje, mk) and as web developer at Virtuvio (Skopje, MK) where he worked from 2012 till 2016 and was directly involved in developing and maintenance of the most visited and most popular website in Macedonia for 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Yan Liu, PhD – STATISTICAL EDITOR

Dr. Yan Liu is an assistant professor in Department of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Instructional Technology at Central Connecticut State University in the US. She earned her dual Ph.D. degree in K-12 Educational Administration and Educational Policy from Michigan State University in the US. Her research curiosities center on effective K-12 educational leadership and the impact on teaching and learning through an international comparative lens. She has had a particular interest in delving into the functional aspects of educational leadership as a shared asset by the principal, teachers as well as the community, and the use of data in promoting school improvement. In general, she is very interested in investigating how the social context of the school, implementation of educational policies and the expertise possessed by the personnel within the school interactively outline the manifestation of educational leadership, and ultimately impact educational outcomes. She is particularly proficient in applying advanced quantitative methods including multi-level linear model, multi-level structural equation model, and growth model, etc. to analyze the large-scale international data like TIMSS and TALIS to compare the school management, leadership, operation and the association between these manifests and the school outcomes.
Angela Capper – Proofreader for English

Angela was born in 1974 in the south of England. She currently lives and works in the county of Northamptonshire in central England. She studied languages and psychology at undergraduate level before teaching and supporting students in mainstream secondary schools who had a diverse range of social, emotional and learning difficulties. In 2007 she joined the Northamptonshire County Council’s educational support Autism Spectrum Team as a Specialist Practitioner. This role involved supporting and advising teachers in both mainstream and specialist schools as to how best support and educate students with social communication difficulties or an Autism Spectrum Condition from ages 4-18. From September 2012, she has worked as an Autism Consultant and Company Director of Target Autism Training and Consultancy Ltd. This role has led to many opportunities to work with school staff and parents giving consultancy advice and delivering training, not just in Northamptonshire but across England and internationally in Macedonia, Croatia and Cyprus as part of the Erasmus + ESIPP project.
Angela has trained in many approaches relevant to autism and special educational needs including: 5 day TEACCH, Social Stories, Protective Behaviours, Social Thinking, SCERTS, PECS, Solution Focus, Comic Strip Conversations, Team Teach and DIR FLoortime. She has also been trained to use the ADOS assessment tool.
Andrea Ivanovska – Technical Secretary

Andrea Ivanovska was born in Skopje in 2000. She is currently a first year undergraduate student at the Institute of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy at the “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje and an active member in the Psychology Studens’ Association “PSIHESKO”. She is proficient in English Language and has an IELTS Certificate for a C1 level, band 8 and has extensive skills in Microsoft Office. She was “student of the generation” and academic highest achiever with early interest in psychology; recognized for outstanding self-motivated hard work, passionate about science; good communicator with inborn patience, trustworthiness and listener with exceptional analytical and observation skills. She is a member of the Youth Club at the Helsinki Committee and Macedonian Ecological Society.
