altVladimir Trajkovski, MD, PhD – EDITOR IN CHIEF

Prof. Dr. Vladimir Trajkovski is born in Skopje, Macedonia in 1968. He is Editor-in-chief of the Journal for ReAttach Therapists and Developmental Disabilities. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine in Skopje (1994), where he later obtained his M.Sc. (1999). He obtained PhD degrees in 2002 on the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje. He works as president of Macedonian Scientific Society for Autism since 2005. He introduced subject Autism in the postgraduate curricula at the Faculty of Philosophy. His research interest are genetic and physiological aspects of autism spectrum disorders, but he has also published in the fields of human genetics and medical aspects of disability. He was former editor of the Journal of Special Education and Rehabilitation in the period (2008-2017). He became head of educational-scientific board of postgraduate studies at Institute of Special Education and Rehabilitation from October 2009 until September 2013. He is an active member of the Autism Europe, member of the European Association of Service Providers for People with disabilities, member of the International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual Disabilities. He is a consulting editor for Journal of Policy and Practice in Intellectual Disabilities, associate editor for Bulgarian Journal of Communication Disorders. He is also member of Advisory Board of The Open Access Journal of Science and Technology and many other international journals. He takes a part in 15 international projects and attends on more than 80 conferences and seminars. He has more than 90 articles published in domestic and international journals and several handbooks and manuals.


Stefan Andonov – Web support specialist


Stefan Andonov was born in Negotino in 1997. He got his bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from FCSE-Skopje in 2019. In 2019 he started his master studies in software engineering at FCSE-Skopje. Currently works as Junior Teaching and Research Assistant at the Faculty of computer science and engineering – Skopje, where he is responsible for the auditory and laboratory exercises in Structural Programming (C), Object-oriented programming (C++), Advanced Programming (Java), Visual programming (C#), Software Engineering, Introduction to computer science, Cryptography etc. He has working experience asData Engineer in the companies Elevate Global and Slice. Fields of his scientific interest are machine learning, times series analysis and forecasting, big data systems, distributed data processing, software engineering, web systems etc. He is also a representative of FCSE-Skopje in the University Students Assembly of UKIM. He was a member of the organizing and technical committees of the international conferences CIIT 2020 and ICT 2020, organized by FCSE-Skopje.


Blagoja Janevski – Web administrator


Blagoja Janevski was born in Skopje. He is a system administrator and IT technician at AUE-FON University. Finished at SEMOS Education as Javasript full-stack programmer. He studied at Faculty Of Computer Science And Engineering-FINKI and then continued his studies at AUE-FON University as software engineer. Previously worked as service, IT technician, network maintenance, hardware and software at Velmar Automotive. He owns a computer service for maintaining home appliances, equipment, computer systems, tech and networking.





Department of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Instructional Technology, Central Connecticut State University, US

Dr. Yan Liu is an assistant professor in Department of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Instructional Technology at Central Connecticut State University in the US. She earned her dual Ph.D. degree in K-12 Educational Administration and Educational Policy from Michigan State University in the US. Her research curiosities center on effective K-12 educational leadership and the impact on teaching and learning through an international comparative lens. She has had a particular interest in delving into the functional aspects of educational leadership as a shared asset by the principal, teachers as well as the community, and the use of data in promoting school improvement. In general, she is very interested in investigating how the social context of the school, implementation of educational policies and the expertise possessed by the personnel within the school interactively outline the manifestation of educational leadership, and ultimately impact educational outcomes. She is particularly proficient in applying advanced quantitative methods including multi-level linear model, multi-level structural equation model, and growth model, etc. to analyze the large-scale international data like TIMSS and TALIS to compare the school management, leadership, operation and the association between these manifests and the school outcomes.

Target Autism Training and Consultancy Ltd, Northampton, UK.

Angela was born in 1974 in the south of England. She currently lives and works in the county of Northamptonshire in central England. She studied languages and psychology at undergraduate level before teaching and supporting students in mainstream secondary schools who had a diverse range of social, emotional and learning difficulties. In 2007 she joined the Northamptonshire County Council’s educational support Autism Spectrum Team as a Specialist Practitioner. This role involved supporting and advising teachers in both mainstream and specialist schools as to how best support and educate students with social communication difficulties or an Autism Spectrum Condition from ages 4-18. From September 2012, she has worked as an Autism Consultant and Company Director of Target Autism Training and Consultancy Ltd. This role has led to many opportunities to work with school staff and parents giving consultancy advice and delivering training, not just in Northamptonshire but across England and internationally in Macedonia, Croatia and Cyprus as part of the Erasmus + ESIPP project.
Angela has trained in many approaches relevant to autism and special educational needs including: 5 day TEACCH, Social Stories, Protective Behaviours, Social Thinking, SCERTS, PECS, Solution Focus, Comic Strip Conversations, Team Teach and DIR FLoortime. She has also been trained to use the ADOS assessment tool.


altAngela Winstanley – Proofreader for English

Angela Winstanley has enjoyed a long career working with children and adults with special or complex needs. Trained at Selly Oak Colleges, Birmingham, UK, Angela qualified as a Social Worker in 1975 Angela worked with children and young people in Education, Residential and Community settings, including young offenders and young people with Mental Health needs. Angela specialised in group work, and therapeutic interventions. Angela studied applied Psychology and Sociology during her Professional Training. In the 1980s Angela began working with adults with learning disability, particularly delivering art and music therapy to people with complex behaviours and particularly sensory difficulties. Angela moved into a management role in 1991, as head of a multi agency unit for adults with multiple disabilities (Northamptonshire County Council) and has achieved Management Qualifications to post degree level. In 1996 Angela joined the National Autistic Society, and as  Registered Manager set up their first residential service for adults with Autism in the midlands area, and has been involved in numerous specific management and clinical ‘projects’ including an extended study on Ageing and Autism. As an Area Manager Angela developed the services to span 8 local authorities, and to include day services, supported living, residential homes, domiciliary care, supported employment and university support. More recently her services included children’s summer and Saturday play schemes, education, and respite services. The role of Area Manager required skills and knowledge in the following areas – Strategic planning and management, operations management including financial and human resources, health, safety and risk management, external / internal liaison, business development. Whilst working with the National Autistic Society Angela was also a principal trainer and speaker for the National Autistic Society, an Autism Accreditation internal and external quality reviewer, – and an internal reviewer for Investors in People. For the past few years Angela has formed links with Autism Support, Cyprus, and supported the development of Adult Autism specific Services in the area. She is also an International Trainer and consultant in Autism / Management. She has been involved in a number of Special needs / Autism related Erasmus projects.

Student at Institute of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius”, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. and

Andrea Ivanovska was born in Skopje in 2000. She is currently a first year undergraduate student at the Institute of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy at the “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje and an active member in the Psychology Studens’ Association “PSIHESKO”. She is proficient in English Language and has an IELTS Certificate for a C1 level, band 8 and has extensive skills in Microsoft Office. She was “student of the generation” and academic highest achiever with early interest in psychology; recognized for outstanding self-motivated hard work, passionate about science; good communicator with inborn patience, trustworthiness and listener with exceptional analytical and observation skills. She is a member of the Youth Club at the Helsinki Committee and Macedonian Ecological Society.
