The sample consisted of 384 numbers of adults selected through Cochran’s formula for infinite population. Explanatory research design was adopted to conduct the present investigation. Demographic data was collected from the respondents using a self-constructed questionnaire. Subjective well-being count of the sample was collected using ‘Satisfaction with Life Scale’ and ‘Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale’. Upon completion of data collection and analysis, the results indicated that the demographic variables explain 68.50% of the variability of Subjective well-being of the total respondents. The demographic variables found to be highly significant (p<0.001) to the prediction of Subjective well-being were ‘age groups’, ‘marital status’, ‘family type’, ‘number of family members’, ‘parent’s education qualification’, ‘respondent’s education qualification’, ‘types of duties at work’, ‘expectation of working at the same place in future’ and ‘participation in professional development activities’. ‘Presence of dependent family members’, ‘supporting people around work’, ‘suffering from any chronic diseases by the respondent’ were found to be significantly contributing to the prediction of SWB at p<0.01 level. ‘Working hours’ was significant to the prediction of SWB at p<0.05 level of significance.
2024-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Journal for ReAttach Therapy and Developmental Diversities https://jrtdd.com/index.php/journal/article/view/2882 Impact of social anxiety on the life style of students 2024-05-28T05:25:38+00:00 B Laldinpuii rupjyoti.bhattacharjee@aau.ac.in Dr. Rupjyoti Bhattacharjee rupjyoti.bhattacharjee@aau.ac.in Rajashree Dutta vijaialvar@gmail.com Subhangi Bordoloi vijaialvar@gmail.com
Social anxiety is a persistent mental health issue characterized by unreasonable anxiety during social interactions. Everyday encounters, on the other hand, create severe anxiety, self-consciousness, and embarrassment among people who suffer from social anxiety. It is different from shyness. Shyness can make socializing, school, and work difficult, but it does not disrupt life to the same level as social anxiety. In social anxiety, fear and anxiety lead to avoidance, disrupting one’s life. It is persistent and overwhelming and may affect relationships, daily routines, work, school, or other everyday activities. The objectives of the study were to find out the prevalence of social anxiety among students and to find out the impact of social anxiety on the lifestyle of students. The study was conducted on 198 numbers of college going students having age group of 19-21 years. Two questionnaires were used for data collection. The responses were coded and analysed. Results showed that higher percentage of students from first year (42.8%) was found to have a high level of social anxiety as compared to the students of other grades. It was also found that all the different variables of social anxiety (fear, avoidance, physiological arousal, poor communication, and poor confidence) contribute significantly on life style of the students at p<0.05 the level of significance. Social anxiety can lead to harmful effects on various aspects of life, including interpersonal relationships, academic achievements, emotional well-being, and future career prospects. So one should properly address these kind of consequences. By engaging in careful preparation and comprehending the distinct impacts it has on students, educators can establish a welcoming atmosphere that facilitates learning and development of all students.
2024-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Journal for ReAttach Therapy and Developmental Diversities https://jrtdd.com/index.php/journal/article/view/2963 Investigation Of The Effectiveness Of The Carpini Scale In Patients,Those Subjected To Endovascular Intervention 2024-06-26T17:26:50+00:00 Arabova Khadizhat Kurbanovna mirzahanovsaid@mail.ru Yusupova Zareta Saadulayevna vijaialvar@gmail.com Gusnieva Sapizhat Sagidbatalovna vijaialvar@gmail.com Gadjialieva Rasita Hasbullaevna vijaialvar@gmail.com Djalilova Rahile Eseldarovna vijaialvar@gmail.com Shikhragimova Fatima Rasimovna vijaialvar@gmail.com Mirzeferova Naira Arsenovna vijaialvar@gmail.com Shapieva Zumurat Gadjiyavovna vijaialvar@gmail.com Pirov Shamil Nazimovich vijaialvar@gmail.com Dzhabrailov Dzhabrail Bakhtiyarovich vijaialvar@gmail.com
Venous thromboembolic complications are one of the leading problems in surgical practice. Prevention of venous thromboembolic complications is an important point of administration for patients in the postoperative period. In most cases, the risk assessment of surgical patients is carried out on the Carpini scale. It is a common scale for risk stratification of all surgical patients, which takes into account both the general condition of the patient at the time of surgery, as well as the type of surgery, its duration and traumatism. The aim of the study was to study the effectiveness of the Carpini scale in patients undergoing endovascular intervention. 115 patients participated in the study. The frequency of venous thromboembolic complications in neurosurgical patients with anesthesia lasting more than 2.5 hours is 6.6±3.1% (4 out of 62 cases). The incidence of venous thromboembolic complications in patients undergoing endovascular intervention with anesthesia lasting less than 1.5 hours is 1.9±2.1% (1 out of 53 cases). The use of the Caprini scale to stratify the risk of venous thromboembolic complications in endovascular interventions can be considered rational.
2024-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Journal for ReAttach Therapy and Developmental Diversities https://jrtdd.com/index.php/journal/article/view/2934 On The Issue Of Basic Literacy Of Medical Students And Pediatricians On Vaccination Against HPV 2024-06-12T11:16:43+00:00 Averina Yulia Vladimirovna mirabeetle001@mail.ru Ekimenok Lyubov Dmitrievna Zlydareva Anastasia Nikolaevna Nazarenko Darya Alexandrovna Petruchkova Ekaterina Alekseevna Barishpol Sofya Andreevna
Relevance of the study: HPV causes about 99% of cervical cancers, 65-70% of vulvar and vaginal cancers, as well as 70% of oral and laryngeal cancers, 90% of rectal cancers in men and women.
The economic burden of diseases associated with the HPV in the RF, is estimated at 63,638 billion rubles. Through movement, the child learns about the world, forms perception, sensations, emotional and volitional sphere. Since it is at a young age that the development of the most important functions of the body's systems takes place, motor activity plays a fundamental role in this period. The purpose of this study was to identify the multifunctional importance of movement in all areas of children's development, to demonstrate the effect of physical activity on the morphofunctional parameters of the child's body. The study involved 122 schoolchildren aged 7 to 9 years (average age -7.6±0.3 years) In the structure of the surveyed girls – 63 (51.6%), boys - 59 __ (respectively, 48.3%). Based on the results of our study, the following conclusions can be formulated: morphofunctional indicators such as height, weight and Quetelet index are more determined by genetic material than by the level of motor volume, physical education is a favorable context for the formation of healthy physical culture and sports habits, and a high volume of motor activity may be the key to explaining the level of physical activity physical fitness of children.
2024-06-11T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Journal for ReAttach Therapy and Developmental Diversities https://jrtdd.com/index.php/journal/article/view/2862 Elderly Paprents: Caregiving Challenges Of Sandwich Generation- A Study In Sivasagar District 2024-05-20T04:43:47+00:00 Angshuman Khanikar rupjyoti.bhattacharjee@aau.ac.in Dr. Rupjyoti Bhattacharjee rupjyoti.bhattacharjee@aau.ac.in Rashmi Rekha Gohain vijaialvar@gmail.com Shubhangi Bordoloi vijaialvar@gmail.com Rajashree Dutta vijaialvar@gmail.com
Sandwich generation is a generation of people typically in their thirties to fifties, responsible for both bringing up their own growing children and taking care of their own ageing parents which, it creates some challenges to the sandwich generation. There are many aspects like physical, financial, and emotional and time causes challenges to the sandwich generation. These challenges will be doubled in case of working couples. Working couples are again sandwiched between the needs of children, parents and workplaces. One hundred numbers of respondents have been selected from Sivasagar district of Assam by adopting stratified random sampling techniques. The majority of responders, according to the report, are in their middle years (40 to 50). Majority of respondents had completed upper secondary levels. The research indicates that the sandwich generation's major issues are emotional ones. The sandwich generation is burdened with a lot of work, including taking care of their ageing parents on top of their jobs, careers, and children. Caretakers must regularly chat with their parents for their mental well-being, schedule some leisure activities with them to keep them happy, and perform other things in order to keep their parents happy. Both sandwich generation workers and non-workers may experience emotional imbalance and mental stress as a result of these difficulties. The findings indicated that the physical, financial, and emotional issues faced by the sandwich generation are severe. Time factors were not statistically substantially changed by any of the variables, however. The findings revealed considerable differences between working and non-working women in terms of time, money, and physical characteristics. The emotional features of working and non-working women did not significantly differ. The Sandwich Generation is not a recent phenomenon, but it has received little attention. With an ageing population, there is a greater need for Sandwich Generation caregivers to be aware of available options.
2024-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Journal for ReAttach Therapy and Developmental Diversities
