Impact of Psychological Interventions on Physical Exercise and Self-Regulation Following Coronary Rehabilitation

Abstract
This paper has focused on the effects of two psychological interventions based on physical exercises and coronary rehabilitation. In programs of cardiac rehabilitation, patients are learned to adopt healthy lifestyles including strenuous physical activity. Group experiment has been designed with treatment groups on the basis of regulatory skills. Secondary data analysis has been performed here as the data had collected from various journals. Treatment has resulted in physical activity following recommended exercise intensity. It has been found that the interventions target the skills of self-regulations that enable the patient to reduce the risk factors and changes the lifestyle.
