Abstract
This paper delves into the evolution of modern prediction systems, emphasizing their significance in national security, particularly as they have become integral to the leadership framework. The establishment and enhancement of prediction systems at the national level play a pivotal role in shaping international political relations and fostering stability. The contemporary trend in prediction systems is moving towards comprehensive control of the entire social framework. In the present-day societal context, institutional decisions increasingly rely on predictive methodologies, with the reform of the social system serving as the cornerstone for anticipating the new paradigm of institutional behaviors.
