Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of strategic change through the lens of coevolutionary traits and learning abilities, employing a roller model. Existing strategic change theories are typically categorized into two schools: exogenous and endogenous. This paper seeks to integrate these two perspectives, leveraging the coevolution theory. Subsequently, a roller model is introduced to elucidate the intricacies of the coevolutionary process in strategic change. Success in strategic change, as per our analysis, emanates from the combined forces within and beyond the organization
