Abstract
Hypertension also known as High Blood Pressure, is a medical condition where the pressure in your blood vessels is too high. Hypertension is when your blood pressure is consistently 140/90 mmHg or more. Blood pressure- Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of your arteries. Its written as two numbers separated by a slash , like 120/80 mmhg. The first number is your systolic pressure and the second is your diastolic pressure.
